Are there any hidden fees in your services?
No. All our prices are clear and transparent. We do not work with hidden charges. The only fixed additional cost for removals is the Call Out Fee ($60), which covers our team’s initial travel.
How is the final rate calculated?
Our services are charged per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. The final cost depends on the actual number of hours worked. Before extending the time or committing to more hours, we always inform the customer and request approval.
How can I be sure my belongings will be safe during the move?
We work with trained and insured movers. We use safe loading and unloading techniques, protective equipment, and trucks designed to avoid damage. In addition, we are fully insured for extra peace of mind.
What if I need more movers for my relocation?
You may request additional movers at $50 per hour each. This allows us to speed up the process and adjust to the size or complexity of your move.
Are packing materials included in the service?
No. The standard service includes loading and unloading only. Customers are responsible for having everything packed and ready before the move.
If you would like packing services, we can provide boxes, bubble wrap and other materials at a fair additional cost. Our packing service includes tapes, straps, protective blankets for large appliances, and special coverings for delicate furniture and electronics.
What happens if the landlord requests extra cleaning after an End of Lease Cleaning?
Our service follows a professional checklist designed to meet real estate inspection standards. In most cases this is enough for approval. If the landlord requests additional cleaning outside the checklist, we can return to assist at a reduced additional cost. Please note that we do not cover exterior windows above ground level, and we do not guarantee removal of stains such as wine or coffee on countertops or carpets.
Can moving and cleaning be done on the same day?
Yes. With our Move & Clean Combo, one team handles both your move and cleaning. This avoids having to coordinate with multiple companies, saving you time and effort.
Do you work on weekends or special hours?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including weekends and after-hours, depending on availability.
What guarantee do you offer for cleaning services?
Our cleaning is carried out using a detailed checklist covering all critical areas, including kitchen, bathrooms, windows and carpets. The goal is to meet real estate and property manager standards.
How do interstate moves work?
We provide custom quotes based on distance, volume, and urgency. The service includes an equipped truck, insured movers, and full tracking of the process.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule the service?
You may cancel or reschedule with prior notice. Same-day cancellations are subject to the Call Out Fee ($60) to cover scheduling and logistics costs.
